Terms & Conditions


When you place an order using our online Spianata platform, you will be subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before you complete your order.


A. Placing an order

A.1 To place an order, please browse the Spianata Catering online platform and select any items that you wish to add to your order before confirming the final order. There is a minimum order of £30 for all orders.

Delivery is free for orders over £30. We are unable to accept orders under £30. We currently deliver to selected postcodes only.

A.2 There is a daily cut-off time of 6:00pm for orders for next day deliveries. To change or cancel an order please call Federica on 07887 834968 or email bakery@spianata.com

Please note that all cancellations or amendments need to be made before 6:00pm the day before delivery. Please note that unfortunately we are unable to accept changes to your order on the day of your delivery.

A.3 Our bakeries are closed at weekends and on public holidays for deliveries. Orders for breakfast or lunch delivery on a Monday (excluding public holidays) must be placed by 6:00pm the previous Friday.

A.4 Any order you make for products on Spianata Catering website is an offer by you to purchase such products (subject to these T&C), and acceptance of any order is at Spianata’s sole discretion. An order is deemed to have been accepted by Spianata only when you receive the receipt confirmation with your order details. In some cases, for a number of reasons, it will not be possible to complete your order in full. In these cases, we will try to replace your order or parts of your order with an alternative product or products of similar quality.


B Registration

B.1 You are registering as a user of Spianata Catering. Access will be through your personal username and password which is not to be shared with anyone. You should notify us if your username or password is taken or being used by another party by contacting us at bakery@spianata.com.


C. Price and payment

C.1 The price will be as set out on the menu selection page (shown on the Spianata Catering website). Prices will be current at the date and time of order.

C.2 Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. Most leading credit and debit cards are accepted. Payment will be charged against your card at the time of order.


D. Delivery

D.1 Products will be delivered to the address or collection point specified by you when placing an order. Changes to this collection point can be made by calling Federica on 07887 834968 or emailing bakery@spianata.com

D.2 All deliveries must be checked and signed for as the signature will constitute acceptance of delivery of a complete order. We will endeavour to deliver your order as close to the allocated slot time requested. Occasionally, circumstances may not allow us to deliver at the specified time but we will do everything possible to alert you right away and deliver as close as possible to the specified time. At the same time, if any part of an order is found to be missing on delivery, the customer must inform Spianata immediately by calling Federica on 07887 834968.


E. Liability

E.1 The liability of Spianata in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence) or otherwise in respect of any products delivered or otherwise in connection with an order or for any loss, injury or damage attributable directly or indirectly thereto will at the sole option of Spianata, be limited to: (a) delivering replacement products (at Spianata’s expense); or (b) refunding any sums paid to Spianata for the products.

E.2 Spianata will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage attributable directly or indirectly to any use of or inability to use the Spianata website by you including (but not by way of limitation) any inaccessibility or malfunctioning of the website or any viruses passed to your computer from the Spianata website.

E.3 Nothing in these terms will limit or exclude the liability of Spianata for death or personal injury caused by negligence on its part and nothing in these terms will affect your statutory rights.


F. Termination

F.1 You can withdraw your registration by emailing bakery@spianata.com

F.2 We reserve the right to terminate your access to Spianata immediately without notifying you in advance should you not operate your account in line with these terms and conditions.

G.2 We must provide our online delivery services in line with these terms. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau. For detailed information, please visit the Citizens Advice website www.adviceguide.org.uk or call 03454 04 05 06. Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect these legal rights.


H. Keeping your information safe

H.1 Before submitting your order, we suggest that you also read our Privacy Statement which sets out how we deal with any information that we collect when you place a catering order. This is how we will use the information collected:

• We only collect the information that we need from you to ensure that your online delivery runs smoothly or so we can contact you in the unlikely event that something goes wrong.

• By accepting the terms and conditions, we may use your information to provide you with information about Spianata or our products and services that we think may interest you. You can unsubscribe at any time in future via these communications or by contacting us directly.

• Spianata does not store any of your payment details when you place an online delivery order.

• Your online order will go through one of our trusted suppliers; they also take your privacy seriously and have practices in place to ensure that your information is treated securely. They won’t store any of your payment details.

I. Allergy warning

I.1 Spianata products may contain traces of celery, gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya and sulphur dioxide. For full allergen and dietary information on the products within our product range please see our menu.


J. Anything else?

J.1 These terms are governed by English law and any legal proceedings must be brought in the English courts.

J.2 We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions from time to time at our discretion and without prior notice.

J.3 All online deliveries are made by Spianata & Co Limited which is a company registered in England and Wales.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services and/or goods provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine. Please contact us at bakery@spianata.com


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be received 24 hours before time of delivery.


Refund Policy

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
